Sorry to be so annoying but how do i change the soundcard to 48khz

DVS preferences option sound Asio panel setup output channel control panel.
or
Check it in the U-Mix Contorl panel in your task bar (beneath the clock in the lower right corner)

You are still using your audio interface @ 44.1kHz not @ 48kHz as UncleVibes explained and suggested!

Your timecode quality is zero. Were the timecodes running with the needles on it at the moment you have created this config report?

thank you for replying so fast. Yes the time code is 0%, i cant seem to figure out to change the sounds card khz. If you could explain it again that would be great!! Im using cd's not vinyl also
