it seems that the server is still online. They had worked on that problem. Maybee you can contact n-deep or support@mixvibes.com for your key problem when it still not work. When you need fast download you should contact them.
EDIT: Maybee clear your cookies. That can also work directly with the button on this page.

yes i think you're right when you say i probably did not get a mail back because of the holidays. i live in Belgium.
i may have found the problem : where i fill in my serial number, the example serial shows 6 X's-5x-5x-5x-5x while i have all series of 5 numbers/characters... in my serial or is this just a typo?
one of my serials has also only 5 digits and the newest for my Cross DJ has 6 at the first position and after only 5 digit groups. So it is Old and new format maybe. They should work both. I tested to insert my new serial and it was working perfect. mybe test it again? you have to fill in all * marked entries otherwise it will not work.
