DVS activation code

I ve got a new laptop, installed Mixvives DVS on it but when I run the software, it says 0 days for activation left.

How do I get a new activation code?

Been searching on the forum, I understand that somebody from the Mixvibes support will help?

Can you try connecting your computer to the internet and start DVS then? Hopefully it will activate then?! Which DVS version are you using? Can you upload a screenshot of that error message?! Thanks in advance!

Hey thanks for the prompt response.

I have done internet activation already but never got an email (yes I provided a correct email address).

I don't know where I find which version I have (don't know where is the box? I reckon we bought it in 2007.

If you are using this 2007 version I recommend updating your software Pleae head to the "Download Center" on your right and navigate to "Updates" and "DVS" to grab the latest version.
After installing it should work without activation I hope
