ASIO U-Mix Control Pro Problem!!

Dears,

I received my new U-Mix Control Pro and its amazing and it works very good with the Cross DJ software, the problem is i can not change the Audio driver to ASIO U-Mix Control Pro !!
I am not able to use my headphone !!
I did every thing .... uninstall , restart laptop, uninstall drivers, re-install every thing but nothing change .
My Operation System is Windows 7 (64bit)

on a PC or on mac because there is no asio on mac

ok tune your sound card to 48 khz as we know a bug on 64 bits windows & 44.1 khz sound card frequency.

I am no U-Mix 44 user but if it works as "usual" you have two possibilities to change it:

1.) Check the audio options in the Cross DJ preferences (second tab) - sometimes it does not work because Cross is not allowed to change it, then do this:

2.) Check it in the U-Mix Contorl panel in your task bar (beneath the clock in the lower right corner)
