ok now its quite clear: you have too loud signals on your inputs.
go to your windows sound calibration window (or whatever its called properly) and reduce the levels coming into your card to about 9%

it ´s clipping like Word censored (guess you find it I love walking on it), turn down the output on the cdjs or the input on the U-Mix.

how many installs do you have one your machine.
I can see 3 alone on your desktop. Clean them!
Too many drivers cause too many problems!
