Please contact the support again. If your serial is in your profile you can download updates. Sorry! DJ_DeanoC wrote:And also i can't get the MIDI controller to work with software, all im getting is lights on the controller going from left to right.
Then your controller is in passive mode, just press power again till there is no lights on except the power led. Then it should appear in Vfx and you can use it. Cheers, Steve

Thanks Steve. Do you have to have the full products connected to system, to register serial? Or register it? I tried a few different things to connect controller, but nothing would work. Getting frustrated with the whole thing now.

When I was installing Vfx over here I have connected to Controller to the computer. Windows installed the drivers on its own. After that I have installed and started Vfx and did the configuration manager. This finished successfully.
You have to plug in your Vfx Control if you want to start Vfx.

Steve. I have the controller connected before starting software, but nothing lights up. Only blue standby light, press it once and lights scroll left to right, and press it again, nothing happens. Surely products like this should work as soon as plugged in. As i say its starting to frustrate me.

That's it - this is how it should work! No press on the power button again is needed. If you go to the preferences is the Vfx controller recognized and set as MIDI controller? If not please do so. After that turn some knobs and faders and you should see it turning in the software too. If so you can add tracks and videos to your mediabase and start working. If you have any problems regarding what I have suggested above please write again as precise as possible. Please not something like "it is not working" because I do not know what exactly is not working. I really would like to help you!!!!!!! Cheers, Steve

Well after a lot of huffing and puffing, it seems to be working. However, due to not been able to register my 'invalid serial key' i cant download the new update. Also is there already flash type effects included in software? Or do i have to source some myself? Where do i start looking for those?

Please search the forums, I have read somewhere about it. I do not use flash animation, this is why I do not know how to implement it.

Steve
