Problem with Mixvibes Cross Discover

Using asio software to use 2 soundcards, everytime I set it up, the Mixvibes crashes.

Any ideas or tips......?

Paul, could you please enter you serial number in your User Control Panel>Profile.

This will allow you to download any update (if available) for your version of Cross. This might then help you with your problem ;)

no its not. you should enter your serial into the form on this page :right: ucp.php?i=169 after you did that, the product name you have will be wisible under your avatar/username. then its done

Ok, you're not helping. I did enter the serial in the user profile serial field, yet it still does not work. I see the format is different than the one that is specified, starting with 'DD', When I remove them it says 'serial already in use'
