Problem with Mixvibes Cross Discover

Using asio software to use 2 soundcards, everytime I set it up, the Mixvibes crashes.

Any ideas or tips......?

Paul, could you please enter you serial number in your User Control Panel>Profile.

This will allow you to download any update (if available) for your version of Cross. This might then help you with your problem

no its not. you should enter your serial into the form on this page ucp.php?i=169 after you did that, the product name you have will be wisible under your avatar/username. then its done

OK, I need help then, cause my serial number is captured, but apperently I'm missing something.

Ok, you're not helping. I did enter the serial in the user profile serial field, yet it still does not work. I see the format is different than the one that is specified, starting with 'DD', When I remove them it says 'serial already in use'

Did you buy the Cross Discover package new or second hand?

Came with ION discover DJ deck, which I bought new.
