[solved]HELP ME WITH Cross MAPPER

ok therse no solution yet. External control is not enabled, i export from Cross DJ the mapper, and then i imported it un Cross and the play/cue buttons doesnt function and i cant map it. When y tried to map it says to me that theat funcion is also assigned to the cue/play buttons. im giving up. I dont want to sell my U-Mix Control Pro.
Again i tested opening Cross DJ, and it works pefectly!!!!!!!!!! why dont in Cross??

What do you mean by "i cant map it"?

You can map anything, just try the easy way:

open prefs-> midi-> imported umc file-> play/cue deck a/b->click on the current input (the grey field showing the midi-note)-> press play on the umc and confirm.

you should be done, and everything up and working again.

Well, completely normal you get the"already assigned" message. That means the buttons are already configured.

Could you please explain a bit more what you mean by "the play button doesn't work" ?
Can you press it on the screen using your mouse? Does this work?

Ok guys, good news it was my macbook pro the problem. I have an internet radio station too, and one plug in was causing the problem.
