[solved]HELP ME WITH Cross MAPPER

HI GUYS, YESTERDAY I UPGRADE FROM Cross DJ TO Cross, BUT THE Cross SOFTWARE DONT HAVE DE U MIC CONTROL PRO MAPPER. SO I EXPORT THE MAPPER FROM Cross DJ AND THEN OPENED THAT MAPPER IN Cross. ALL IS FINE EXCEPT THE PLAY BUTTON IN BOTH DECKS, TEHY DOESNT SEEMED TO WORK, WHAT CAN I DO.

Some questions now from my side. First which version have you installed? You can download the newest (1.5.2) here in the forum under the download section.
Mybee you have there the mapping directly in. I saw at my Cross DJ description that at this version the mapping for the U-Mix Control Pro is also in the pack.

So its not so much it is only one question

Christian is right, if you download the latest version of Cross (1.5.2) from your download centre. The U-Mix Control Pro has native support

Once Cross 1.5.2 is installed it be a matter of plug and play with the controller.

ThaNKS GUYS BUT IT DOESNT WORK. I DOWNLOADED THE LATEST VERSION OF Cross 1.5.2. IT HAS IN THE MAPPER THE U-Mix Control Pro AND I CHOOSE IT. ALL THE FUNCTIONS ARE WELL EXCPET THE PLAY BUTTON IN BOTH DECKS. EVERYTHIN ELSE SEEMS TO WORK PERFECTLY.
I HAVE A MAC BOOK PRO. THE STRANGE THING IS THAT IN MY Cross DJ THE PLAY BUTTONS WERE PERECFT, AND WHEN I UPGRADED TO Cross, THE BUTTONS DOESNT WORK, DO YOU THINK SOMETHING ABOUT THIS PROBLEM? THANKS

Have you tried to map these buttons yourself. It's quite easy to do.

Hi,

If you export the mapping from Cross DJ and then import it to Cross it should work automatically. I have done it myself, i remember when i did it i had to load the mapping twice in Cross to make it work. Once it is loaded in the software, all buttons and functions on the controller should work!

Hi! thanks, but i already did that and its the same, all functions works wel excep the play/pasue buttons in both decks. As i mentioned, ist strange because in Cross DJ, that buttons operates normally. Other idea????

Check external controlled is not enabled...
In this mode transport buttons (play/pause, cue) are replaced by control mode buttons...
