American Audio Versadeck

Postby Faizel M on 06 May 2011, 09:05

Hi Peeps,

Me again. You'll notice that I'm looking for a decent MIDI controller that can accommodate cdj's as well. Does any one have an opinion on AA's Versadeck or any other similar MIDI controller?

I will strongly recommend the Hercules RMX. I've had one for about 2 years now and haven't had any problems with it. It has a built in ASIO soundcard and has 4 inputs so you can use Turntables or CDJ's with it.

Also the new MixVibes U-Mix Control Pro has this similar set up.

Both are worth a good look at ;)

I would go with the U-Mix Control Pro, it's very solid, very mobile and it will allow you on the long run to hook up your CDJ's!

They work great.

I have mapped 1 button to allow me to choose what effect I want to use, 1 button to turn the effect on and off and a dial to allow me to alter and adjust how much of the effect I want to use :)
