Mac OS 10.6.7 & U46MKII issue

Excuse me for using this thread, but I do not want to open a new one. It is still my aim to convince my best friend from using Cross He did not want to wait any longer for a solution in of the U46+Mac case and this is why he bought a Native Instruments Audio 6. Today I installed and configured Cross again with the Audio 6 and we came to a point where we do not know how to continue.

First of all let me say that the In- and Outputs of the Audio 6 are located very weird! In and Out 1/2 is located on the front while 3/4 and 5/6 are on the back. After we could figure this out (rtfm might have helped, yes ) we have realized that we can configure Cross using the in- and outputs 3/4 and 5/6 on the back, but if we do so there is no sound coming out of 5/6. The inputs work, for 5/6 too as you can see when the track is moving but there is no sound on the output.
If we configured it using 1/2 and 3/4 as In and Outputs it works flawlessly. So my thought was that the Audio 6 is broken. There is a Traktor LE version delivered with the interface and we have tested it with this version: sound is coming out of 5/6!
I have tested it with Cross 1.5.2 and does anyone mention this and has a solution?

That´s quite easy to solve.

In deck a: in 3/4
in deck b: in5/&
out deck a: out 3/4
out deck b: out 5/6
out 3: out 1/2

I had the very same issue, it´has to do with the in/out naming of the audio6 i guess, because audio 4/8 work as espected.

We configured it that way except that we left out 3 open. I will call him and we will test it. Thanks for your time and help j-kut!

It works! You have to configure ALL outputs and then it works flawlessly.
