ah man, u just not seem to get the point..

test it AGAIN, does the discoverdj edition work now?
and besides this, test the controller AND BOTH SOFTWAREs on ANOTHER PC to see if they work

depending on the result of these the support can guess what causes your problem with the desired setup of yours. is it clear now what you have to do?

Yes and in the mean time, you have added a usb soundcard, a usb fan, may be some other softwares, so even it it WAS working it doesn't tell me anything on ACTUAL setup and behavior.

What I'd like to know is : Can you make your actual setup (usb soundcard+internal one+asio4all) work with the discover version with the exact same audio configuration ?

Ummm well when I had discover DJ i didn't have the soundcard yet and it worked fine. When I paid for the Cross DJ it worked good too but wen i got the updated version it made me think asio4all was still working with the other crosses...so i uninstalled them and its still giving the error like someting else is doing it. I don't have skype but I do have yahoo msg, i-unes and hp player for movies. I uninstalled everything but the updated crosses and it still saying the error. Why when i turn off all sounds in that one menu (i don't remember which one now) the asio4all works?
