pre. info
running Cross 1.4, u46 mk2 with a decent laptop (win 7)

ok so i am mixing away blah blah blah and then mixvibes startes thinking player 2 is stuck on cd track 2 and scrlls through all my tracks continuesly. i can load a new track onto the deck and it keeps happening, i have even unplugged the cdj and reset it.

only this that seems to work is restarting Cross or restarting my soundcard.

this has happened about 5 times over a 4 hour set on cdj2000
and a couple of times since at home on cdj400.

is there any quick fix for this? i cant reinstall Cross because i cant find my serial number =(

You need to enter your Cross' serial number in your User Control Panel>Profile.

ucp.php?i=169

This should then allow you to download the latest 1.5.2 Cross and CrossDJ update from the download centre ;)
