Vfx controller blinking power light

Hi there...yesterday it was my first live and I was about to use Cross DJ software with the Vfx controller when I plugged the controller in power and saw the power button blink over and over again....the controller would never turn on after that and the power switch light is still blinking...why on earth would that happen so suddenly and no reason at all?how can I fix it?

unfortunately the Vfx Control is not even recognized from my PC, so when i try to install the drivers the message "please plug in the Vfx Control to continue" appears...what is that i can do.?

Are you using the delivered cables? Is the power adapter plugged in?
Did you try different USB ports? Maybe it is usb bus bandwidth problem that there are too much devices connected via usb?!

the Vfx controller is the only usb device plugged on to my computer and i ve tried all different ports...alla the cables are correctly connected and as soon as i plug the power cable the Vfx power button just starts blinking and will never turn on...should i return it to the shop i bought it from?or is the problem solvable?

If blinking means on and off then I am out of ideas, but if you mean that the blue light is always shining then it is a normal behaviour, like over here. Open Vfx or Cross and then press the Vfx power button - it should work then.
