help reloop with Cross

hi people
i have broght the new Cross
i have a set of reloop rmp3a
i have got it all going just have a few problems
when i press the cue button it wont go to cue points just stops and starts in the same spot again
also when i serch thru the track if i serch backwards it goes forwards
any help would be great

Could you please enter the serial in User Control Panel.

It will allow us to see what version of Cross you have and it will allow you to download any update that may be available for your version ;)

First of all which play mode are you using? Absolute or Relative? If you are playing in Relative change it to Absolute. If it is already at Absolute try to decrease your input volume of the audio interface. Nearly all cd players have a huge output volume and so the timecode is not recognized properly. Try to decrease it and have a look at the timecode signal at the same time.

The left deck is at relative mode. This you can see at the yellow button under the waveform. Absolute mdoe is the first button ;)

yer it was not in absolute mode so i have changed it i will see how it goes tomorro and go from there as i dont have my decks on me

If it was definitely not in absolute mode then switching to this mode is your solution ;) If not please reply in here and we will continue helping you ;)
