Lights not working on i-mix controller

Half of the lights don't work on my i-mix controller in the 3dex le software. The effects, Monitor, reverse, and search/tracking buttons. I noticed when trying the Home edition 7 demo everything worked fine, but when using my 3dex le software only the Play/Cue and In/Out and Reloop buttons light up when pressed/engaged.
I'd like for atleast the Monitor and Effects buttons to light up if there's any sort of solution available.

You should put your licence key into your profile and download the update.

Well installed the update and that didn't change anything for the lights, and overall just didnt like the changes of the update and tried re-installing the disc to get back to my original setup and now it doesn't even show the track title or bpm..

Normal behavior : software doesn't output led state for these functions.

3dex 7.300 ?
track title & bpm are still there (decks and mediabase)
Try reset.exe from the 3dex directory to get back to initial state.

Well, what I meant about the bpm and track title is when a track is loaded onto the deck, it doesnt show the time, bpm or title of any track loaded onto a deck, it's all in the mediabase/playlist and shows all detail just when a track is loaded all I see is a waveform now and thats it even after trying the reset.exe

do you use any special font or zooming of your text into your os ?
