CDJ 2000 not working

I Have buy Cross 2 weeks ago to use it with my cdj2000'en.
Nothing work, not play, cue, nothing.
What i do wrong?
Where i can find more information on how i config everything.
I search 2 weeks hours and hours and find a lot of in 'France langugue', not in englisch.
Can someone explain how i config it because now its do nothing.

You need Cross 1.5 and to set deck A to MIDI channel 1 et deck B to MIDI channel 2 : that's it.

The only thing that work are play, cue and some other.
Is this all?
What i do wrong?
Or is this everything i have for the money?

It is so bad that i'm thinking asking my money back.
You working on recordbox that is not so good after 1,5 year but this is soooooo bad.

What doesn't work exactly on the CDJ2000 ?
Did you select the proper mapping for each device ?
Did you correctly setup the soundcard routing ?

Concerning Rekorbox and for your information :
- we are not allowed to do support for this
- we do not decide of what should be done (or not) in this project
So adress your issue concerning Rekorbox to the head, not the hands...
