U46MK2 drivers

Hi.
I have a problem. Now i`m working with win 7 64 bits. I´ll try last update drivers (v3.0) for soundcard, but setup doesn`t finish.
Any help?

Hey,

have you deactivated the UAC? And where stopps the installer?
Have you pluged in the u46 fist or first installing the drivers?

Hi.
Yes, i done it (uac). Instalion process start normally, but after 2 windows menu, when show a small menu, with a message: this might take a several minutes...stops with no message. Then win 7 64, shown soundcard as U46dj, if i turn on soundcard. during process, soundcrad is off.

Hey,

so the Installer stops after installing the driver file to the windows-folder. There is a screen in the installation where stands that you now plug in the U46Mk2. And then pressing NEXT. There should appear a little Window with a message that the driver is now installing.

When you than plug the soundcard in a free USB-port and push the power on button Windows should show a little buble on the tastbar. When the big window appears now press as often as needed the NEXT button to install the driver. If the installation is correct there should be appear a message from Windows that the driver of the U46 is not signed. There should be a message like "Do you want to install the unsigned driver?" There you should say yes. Normaly this must come 2 times.

After the correct installation windows should show in the tastbar a tool named Control Panel U46Mk2.

If this not helps please give me a detailed description of what you are doing and where you have problems or the issue. If you don't speak english well you can also upload pictures of what you are doing or from the messages which are appearing. Than I can see it. The upload can be a file-server or in the forum. At the forum you can upload under the options.

So...here it is the problem. this message don`t come...and installion don`t proceed.

Ok this is unusually. I test it on three Systems Win 7 Home x64, Home Premium x64 and Professional x64. On every system it works. I disabled the UAC (this can be disabled under: Systemconfiguration -> User -> Changing the UAC settings) and I started also the software as a Administrator.

You can run the installation with Admin rights when you say under Windows 7: Start this application with Admin. This is in the second menu when pressing the 2. mouse button. You can also set it in the properties of the file under compability.

And important: When you are at the screen: Plug now on the U46Mk2 and press NEXT. Here you press next as often as needed when you pushed the power button of the U46. Sometimes the installer don't find the u46 on the first try so you need to push it again and again.

Which attachment? The ESI driver is the same but with an other Controll Panel look. You can install this also as an alternative it is 100% compatible.

Ultimate has two more functions than the professional but for personal use these functions are uninteresting. So normaly it should be working from home to Ultimate. As I write it above I tested the MixVibes U46Mk2 Driver 3.0 on the three most used systems. I got no problem.

So test the ESI driver and when it works or not works please give a statement.

Remove all not needed usb devices, may be a power issue with the U46 or give it an ac adapter.
