Im using Cross DJ with the iDJ3 running on my asus laptop. I have my DJ headphones plugged into the controller and despite all the different combination of audio preferences ive tried, i cannot get one track to play out of the speakers and get the cued track to play in the headphones at the same time. A solution would be great thank you.

Can you post a screenshot of your audio configuration page in the Cross preferences? Thanks!

Steve

Okay, it seems that everything is setup properly. Do you press the Cue buttons on your iDJ3 to listen to the track you want to mix in? Otherwise I have absolutely no clue why it does not work. Please wait until Support@Mixvibes reads this (in approximately 14 hours, office closed some hours ago), maybe he has a clue. I do not know the hardware in detail, but maybe he does. Maybe your hardware is broken, but this is nothing but a guess.
I hope I could help a little bit.
Cheers,
Steve

I hope - in case it is broken - that you are allowed to return.

I'm not sure what you mean, what I see for the cue monitor in Cross is just a dial.

In this case, I use an adapter and connect my headphones with output two. Master on Output one. I am using the U56MK2. If I use the headphone entrance on the front, it does not work. After connecting with output two, push the headphone button on the screen and play with the buttons. It will work. The adapter is included in the Cross bundle.
