u46 mk2 phono line problem!!!

hi my friends..when i open PC every time,one line or one phono is opened(v3 f/w 1.0.).but i restart PC two phono is opened..u46mk2 is working succesfully(v3 f/w 2.3.3)..version is changed??..please help me what can i do?????????..

I have opened PC every time..audio driver:

When I open my computer, Right phono always needs to be introduced. Unless I reset my computer, it doesn't work.In addition to this, for the first time I opened my computer I see the v3 f/w1.0.0 version and when I reset my computer I see it is v3 f/w 2.2.3. So it works at version of v3 2.2.3.....this is my problem please help me

Hey,

this sounds like a driver conflict. Have you installed both? Or do you installed first the old driver from the cd and now the new one?

Did you done a clear uninstalling with clearing the registry?
If not please uninstall all drivers from you soundcard and after that clear the registry (save the old before clearing! Important!) and after clearing install the newest driver.
Than it shout be working correctly.

f/w mean firmware. This is the firmware version of the soundcard, I guess it need a reboot to properly see the version number, but this should happen only the first time.

What for ?

Check if you have admin rights and UAC down, then :
- remove all U46 drivers from the system (soundcard unplugged !)
- install ESI ones (because x64) : http://download.esi-audio.com/download. ... J-v3_0.zip
