vynal not working?

All I want to record is the music I'm playin on both a and b, I don't want to record my voice on the mic or the crowd just the music I'm playin on each deck, can I record that and how do i listen to it cos I have recorded a mix but I can't listen to it.

Did you read what I wrote ?

You need to select what you want to record A/B/Mix but you can't record what is happening outside of the software, so it will only work into internal mode.

hey, so i cant record what im playin threw the softwear and burn it to disk? i have to hook it up to a record system and record it that way? plus i managed to get the turntables workin last nite thank u mixvibes support but i could only get one workin even tho the other was set up exactly the same? it was sayin there was no imput to it? do u know y this could be? thanks chris

also this new update, is it free or do u have to pay for it? yes mixvibes suport i read it thanks and i got one workin but couldnt get the other to work, no idea y tho. chris

The update is free, it is in the righ column in the 'download center'.

Did you select ASIO in Cross ? This could explain why you don't have the right input from your soundcard.

i dont know what that means, i have set it up and the other turntable is workin not not sure y it wasnt workin last nite tho, just said there was no imput when i calibrated it, now i want to record and i know i can record a and b or master mix but i just tried recordin and the mastermix didnt record anythin but if i record a and b then there will be silence when there is no track there so how can i record it so it plays say like a cd? which is what i want to do.

o and my audio is set to u46dj on the new 1.5 update or u46mk2 on the older version

I already told you it cannot record what is done outside the software (external mixer) you need to do it inside or have a MIDI controler as a remote (internal mixer).

plus i cant seem to set the key board keys on the new update? there is a lock next to the mac keyboard, how can i set my keys?
