you say that it was an error on DJ tech and that i have the wrong seriel number that it is for a different product then what i have but all my paper work and boxes say different that i am supposed to have the version that is listed above the seriel number dvs7 le there was no error on DJ tech's part i got what i was supposed to get the install software just wont accept my seriel number for whatever reason. you said my seriel number was supposed to be 3dex well it says mv DVS le s/w (first audio) on the sticker for the install cd and box the decks came in. also when i registered for this forum i used the seriel number it worked it came up as what it said it was supposed to be there is no error on any part but the software not accepting my serial number so what is going on seriously not trying to be a pain in the ass but thats all this has been for me since day one. how can you do nothing on your side seems more to me like you dont want to do anything. so if there is anybody out there reading this that gives a crap and will help me get this issue straightened out please help otherwise i guess this is a product that you cannot get any support or help for and wont be recommened to the other 24 guys on my lable or anybody else for that matter

Support@Mixvibes wrote:DJ tech need to fix what they have done (messed to 2 products lists), we can't do nothing on our side.
We sell them serials in list, they print, stick, box and resell to consumers.

This is what Support wrote! It is NOT mixvibes fault, it is a fault made by DJ Tech! This is a FACT!

:frown: Why did you not contact DJ Tech :?: From what Support wrote this would have been my first step, how about you?

Greetings,

Steve

EDIT: Have a look at what N-Deep and you were writing (page 1 of this thread):

Please reach DJ tech. We can't do anything on our side.

Quoting Michael Jackson: Who's bad????? DJ Tech or Mixvibes????? Would you recommend the DJ Tech products to your 24 Label partners?????

wow guess you were completely wrong on all aspects i guess it was dj-techs and my problem that you couldn't tell me to run it with the decks plugged in on install i got it to work when i tried it this way so if anybody else has this problem make sure your decks are plugged in and save yourself the run around and bs of asking for help cause all your going to get out of asking is told that everybody else is responsible and its not mixvibes responseability instead of a simple answer or helping hand

so just to be clear what exactly led you to the descision that my serial number was bad and for the wrong product it obviously was a good serial number otherwise it would not have registered on here for the forum but i guess you took that into account when you made this descision that it was a bad serial number ten bucks says you didn't even look it up. oh and my girlfriend wants to know if you still live at home with your mom and so do i on that note

I was just showing the facts because while I was reading your complaints I thought that you did not get the point. You are complaining the whole time about MIxvibes although Support@Mixvibes said days ago that this is not a Mixvibes fault. That's it!
I wrote it in a zynical way because I wanted to point you into the right direction but what happened from your side is much more than kindergarden. Nothing to add from my side!
