My problem is that when I plug my iDJ3 Deck into the USB port (I've tried every one) the lights on the deck light up (autoloop, sync, cue, play/pause, stutter) but when I start the Cross - Numark iDJ3 Edition 1.3.4 software the deck's lights remain the same and I am not able to control the software through the deck, otherwise the software works decently. I have referenced every line of the page you send people to, with still no results, and I am positive many others can agree. I have already reinstalled the Mixvibes Cross LE DJ software multiple times. I have already uninstalled my webcam and webcam programs and have switched the audio from the iDJ3 ASIO Driver to my primary sound driver to stop the track lagging and delay. I have troubleshot every possible idea except updating the software in fear it will never work again. Everything has worked flawlessly up until last week. Thank you for your time.
