MIDI driver Mixvibes U-Mix Control can not be opened

Might be an issue with UAC when installing if you're using Win 7. Switch it off for the install and see if it runs. then switch it back on...

it is when i open the program it tells me "MIDI driver Mixvibes U-Mix Control can not be opened" i dont know if that help you to help me

Can you see the controller in the device list of MV ?

I have followed the Quick start guide that was in the caseing. And when i get to the point when i have to "activate" the U-Mix Control that is when it says MIDI driver Mixvibes U-Mix Control can not be opened

So if on the line Device you can clearly read this :
Device : MixVibes U-Mix Control
and you can't use it and have your message it is because your Windows don't have correct drivers for : USB Audio device.
Install or re-install them.

ok now i feel stupid where do i find out that i have the correct drivers for that

You need to re install usb audio.sys, it must be missing, corrupted or not from Microsoft.

I have the same problem i believe but i didnt understand the solution here...

" Download something for usb audio.. " as far as i understood.

But i use an M-box2 for my Pro Tools program and it works fine, so shouldn't the audio thing with the usb port be the fine in my case?

Just to be sure the problem is that there are no devices to chose in:
Preferences/Options/Device

Audio and MIDI are 2 separate things, audio usb is the name of the generic Windows driver for MIDI devices.
Do you see the MIDI device into the system devices manager ?

Yes is see the mixerpult in Device Manager under Other devices.
But what do i have to?
Can you sent me a link of where to download a driver or whatever i miss to get this product to work?
