MIDI driver Mixvibes U-Mix Control can not be opened

Hey there

Just got this Mixvibes with software called MixVibes 3DEX and i have this problem please help

Reading the config report I can say that your audio interface is not recognized by 3DEX LE. Maybe it is not installed properly?

I have reinstalled it 2 times just a quick note im useing windows 7 can it be something with that ?

You should download the update of 3dex U-Mix if you didn't.

where do i find the update that i need ?

Check the "Board Index" on your right. There is the "Download Center" where you can download your latest version

i have a small problem i cant seem to find the update i know im new at this but its all in "specifics" and is there not a place where i can find things only for my things that i have bought. please help me or even better if you can send me an email with the update that i need

Can you see the device into your devices manager ? It's under sound video and game.
