I can't play with the "board", why??

I have just installed my Cross Discover DJ on my Mac OS and everything worked just fine. Then the computers battery died. When charged the computer and started the programe again, the mixertable didnt connect with the computer. All the buttons are lit but I cant play with it. Only with the buttons at the computer.

What is wrong? Does anybody know???

And if you try with the ac not on the battery, does it happen too ?

Im having this problem. I just baught this product, and I cant use the bored. The lights illuminate but I cant do anything with it.
