No dice on the switching off thing... PCDJ is not in ASIO mode, I tried to configure it in ASIO just now, but it only gives me channels for my primary sound card.

You need to set your asio4all like this
jcrom.JPG

and don't forget to uncheck the outputs your are not using (red circle)

In the audio preferences of Cross, you need to select the correct channels

as seen in asio4all you have 8 ouputs on the Realtech and 5 on the SB Live.

Agin :
1-Reduce the number of devices
2-Choose the rights ones
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

For some reason if I disable the inputs on the realtek in asio4all the music starts playing like the pitch is really high. I have tried all of the channel's and, I still can't get anything to come out of the headphones.

If I disable the realtek in ASIO4ALL and just use the SB Live, it will play fine through the headphones. I wouldnt mind not using the SB Live at all, but no matter how I configure the channels on the realtek I can't get sound to go just to the headphones.

Also,

the SB Live only has 1 channel option

And if I set that to output 1 the music will play though my headphones

I've double-checked the settings you've recommended, and I'm still not getting correct results. If I use the simple view in Asio, I can hear through EITHER my headphones or my speakers. Tried re-installing Asio. In the Cross Control Panel, if I select primary, Realtech or SB, I get the expected results... it's only when I select Asio that things behave odd.
I think it's something simple that's being missed, just not the things we've been over so far. Anything else I need to check?

Also, if I switch Output 1 in Cross to SB (headphones) and Output 2 to Realtech (speakers,) my headphones are still dead. Asio simply seems to be ignoring my SB card. It's selected in Asio's device list just as pictured above in your instructions.

This is related to the samplerate of your soundcard, try to be full 44 or 48Khz and/or uncheck the 44<>48Khz option in asio4all.

I have tried all of the channel's and, I still can't get anything to come out of the headphones.

Did you activate the headphones in the mixer's software ?

If the Realtek have enough outputs then it is possible. You only need to know what is the name of each connector.

The problem with using the realtek is the app that the drives came with, whenever I plug in a device I get a popup asking what kind of device it is. I suspect they are using the same channels

For instance, even though I selected headphones, I am still getting the same audio that I am getting through the main speakers

UPDATE*

After I disabled the app, it appears now each output on the sound card has it's own channel, however after trying every combination, I still cant get the cue track to just play though the headphones

the same plug may have different usage you have only one input and four stereo output with the realtek chip. you are only using outputs...
so you must have front center rear... Plug only the defined channels to Cross.

And why don't you use only the SB live ? it will be a better bet an support native asio (without asio4all).
