Everyone w/ ION Discover DJ Scratch Problems

Hi, I'm not sure if this is allowed, but, I just want to know how many people here also have problems with the Scratch feature of ION Discover DJ. Maybe we can use this single thread to help each other out. I tried calling them and 40min later they answer, "Hi, how can I direct your call?" Then I was transferred to a "VOICE MAILBOX"!

Let's see where this thread will lead us, maybe we might be able to solve the problem or just plain old get noticed by ION since there is no other way to reach them.

To the Mods, please delete this thread if you see it as a form of abuse in the mixvibes community. We are just frustrated w/ the money we spent on an item that doesn't work as it should.

I think personally it's a good idea. But one of the MV team may think differently on the subject

As long as the thread doesn't get insulting towards Ion, then I see no harm. After all you are just trying to help one another out

Thanks MV team. So basically, my Discover DJ does not want to scratch/jog when connected to an external audio output (stereo).
It does not matter whether it is connected via 3.5 or RCA through a sound card. once hooked up to a stereo system, the wheels automatically become paralyzed. The scratch feature is it's major selling point so why is this happening?

*I already had my unit replaced and still the same problems.
*I am using snow leopard on a 2Ghz C2D w/ 4Gb of ram macbook.
* I have also done a clean reinstall of my OS and Cross LE.
