INVALID KEY AND Cross ID3 EDITION

I recently bought the idj3 with a "Cross Numark idj3 edition" disk from Bestbuy and everything was fine, until i turn off my computer. The first problem is, when i type in my Cross license key in this website it said "invalid key." The second problem; when i try to open Cross a pop up box come up a few seconds after i pressed the icon and says " Cross - Numark iDJ3 Edition program file has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." What do i do?

I'm having the same issue when I try to register on line. It says the serial number is invalid. It says the serial it's supposed to be 29 characyers and the cd only has 28 characters.
Please help.

maybe the database need to be updated. We check for that on monday
