problem with U-Mix 44

so i have a U-Mix44 connected to my two stanton T.80's and a stanton smx 401 mixer. the problem is that mixvibes is only reading one of the turntables. the U-Mix 44 reads both because when they are one the U-Mix 44 shows that its receiving the input so basically im stuck nd dont know what to do.http://i172.photobucket.com/albums/w16/ ... s.png...oh i tried like 10 times to register my product but it says my serial code is invalid which isnt true because i just used it to set up my mixvibes copy.

I only joined this site to help u out! i jus finished hooking up my U-Mix 44 and i was having the same problem!
ever since i updated myself to Cross from the phono and the U-Mix 44 Mixvibes Cross 1.3.2 MacBook Pro.
