For the U46 you need to use an adapter to plug your headphones on the outputs pair you have choosen for monitor.

So the master is sended always on the cue channel and by pressing the cue button I can add the deck's sound to the cue channel? Adapter should then be cinch to jack in? Don't hurry answering, I can test it when I am back home
