There are 2 vinyls version at MV. Cross only support the second generation.

You still didn't answer to this :
What happen if you cut the inputs ? (select none in the preferences).

Problem found, update 1.4!!! I installed every possible old update and original 1.2.1 Cross and everyone of them worked even with 48 ms rate, Cros 1.4 isn't, tried all my vinyls even the 45s (Cross ones) and no result, the sound pops records "skips", the pointer is going in every direction, terrible. So now I hope we can find a solution for this, because its not good this one!

P.S. I dont have Cross vinyls I have the DVS (old) DVS Ultimate, all 33s, and 45s DVS and Cross ones, also I have transparent ones.

Cross & DVS use the same time code technology since 4 years now it's the V2 lp's or 45t. that's your records.
48 ms isn't enough for your setup. You don't need such latency try 96 or 128 ms...

If 1.4 is doing this, do you have anything sending MIDI at the same time into the software ?
Open the MIDI tab, and see if it is blinking in green even if you don't touch anything.

No actualy I tried to work without MIDI stuff this time I wanted to have my Cross tested for scratching purposes, and this feedback is a result from it, so no MIDI things.

Ok so, there is something hacking the inputs of the timecode into Cross.
