THE MIXVIBES PRO 7.218

hi, I have always been a fan of mixvibes, lately I have had problems with MIXVIBES PRO 7.218, ever time I disconect my sound card, and cables to take it to the gig the software does not recongnized my settion, and it stops working. everythin load right but it does not play the tracks.. I started with mixvibes DVS, and upgradet to Producer, the truth is that I am starting to think to change to another software, you guys got other versions of the software like, Cross, and now the Ultimate DVS, but have not done alot to fix the problems of the old versions. please help. I have
laptop with windows vista,
i have two software,
cd one with mixbies pro, and the other with Producer,
I have but both and none work

you should always do a install wizard in mixvibes every time you setup

I to have this problem...but my problem is more to do with windows 7 & sound card drivers than mixvibes software..


for me I will only use Producer 7.032 live.
it has some little bugs but its way more stable & works better ( for me anyway )than the new'er up-dates

Wow I don't follow you on this... for this version... It was a weak version...

Which version of windows do you use djcholo? there is a vista smell round your problems... I guess your User application control is on (UAC) put it off & the activation problem will be solved.

thanks guys, I really think that the software has became very unreliable, and I am thinking of changing... I will give the software a try with window 7, and see how it works if not I will give up and move on to tractor or virtual DJ...

i also have version 7.218 and sometimes when i start the application it looks like nothing is working but in my case it's just because somehow the application changed the sound settings to MULTICARD.
It's just a matter of choosing ASIO soundcard again and everything starts to work. I don't have to run install wizard.
check it out...
