What's going on? DVS Ultimate problem

Hi all I'm trying to install DVS Ultimate on my friend's new Samsung R530 laptop (Windows 7). Nothing happens when clicking on the install DVS file. I have turned off the UAC (if that helps). Is it a faulty disc? The software was purchased back in June hasn't been used before. What am I doing wrong?

As far as I remember there are broken CDs out there, but I am not sure. UncleVibes or Support@Mixvibes should know this - sorry!

Open an account for your friend with the DVS 7 serial.
