Seems as if a codec is missing?! Although the codec should be installed if you are using iTunes and bought tracks from there...strange behaviour!

You are using a PC right ? You need to downlaod a pack of codecs that can do Mp4 decoding...

He bought this tracks via iTunes, that means that iTunes is installed. Doesn't this automatically mean that the codec for mp4 decoding is installed? If not: weird stuff and

Never mind i converted the m4a files to mp3 and it worked! So it is a codec problem that mixvibes needs to Address.

just standard iTunes as for them being DRM protected I would presume so.

The descripion on the product said I could use iTunes so I am confused!
