calibration problem

I have a Cross MixVibes package for several weeks.
Everything worked perfectly.
I played in an evening, I took the pack, my turntables and my table.
Everything worked well

In return, I replug everything.
Over his
I check the connections. everything seems ok
I verified the calibration. The sphere is well represented, but the quality remains at 0%
When I calibrate, I am following messsage:

"The deck playing Speed Is Not a
(I.e. pitch 0)
Please reset it and retry "

I reinstall everything on another partition and same thing.
I look forward to your help.

So did you try recalibrating it with the pitch at 0?
