Hey guys,
this is no big deal but it would be GREAT IF I COULD DO THIS>>>>>>
i want to be more creative when im playing in clubs!!
90% of the time when im DJ'n in clubs i have people come up to me and request songs for their friends birthday and with that they want me to make a SHOUT OUT wishing them a happy birthday!

my question is.........
is there a way i could record a voice?????? (shout out)...
im using mv dvs7 with the u46 mk2 soundcard!!!

what my aim is to do with this, is once the the shoutout is recorded, i will then use that to scratch and drop in their shoutout with there requested song!!!

for example: if YOU come and ask for a song and want to make it out to, let's say john, i will then say, '' ok wish your friend a happy birthday on the mic and your song will be up soon"........
once im ready the song will then be played and the patrons recorded voice will then be scratched into the song wishing john a happy birthday................

HA HA HA HA LOL... ITS JUST A RANDOM THOUGHT I HAD AND IF IT COULD WORK I WOULD LOVE IT!!!!!

so if anyone could help me out that would be greatfully appreciated!!!!!!! cheers!!!! :)
