If it occurs just with one soundcard be sure that it is not the usb port. This means that you can change both cards. So if the one that did not make any problems is no causing glitches you know that it is something bad around the usb port (or maybe driver, but I guess you installed both with the same driver).
Using four decks is a cool idea, but not easy to install because DVS Ultimate will have 4 decks but only 2 can be controlled by timecode. So it is a hard way you are going but there may be a solution - keep searching!

daniel:huh, I am allowed to ask it that a little bit primitiv speak (i am not pro in the english) So i will be try to play with other umixx, and will be try with 2 card, only it will last until long time - because i said: the problem exists sometimes only. blackbrook:i will be try other usb port and other soundcard to,we'll see solves the problem. I wont use 4 decks! I want to use 2 time code decks(2 stereo in & out - first soundcard) and the second card want to use to a sampler, so 8 sample pad of the sampler going out in first stereo out and other 8 sample pad going out second stereo out of the second soundcard. i hope so I am understandable with my bad English Thx, Gabor

I am not sure if this works, I mean you have to be able to send the sampler sounds through a different soundcard. DVS can only address one soundcard as far as I can see so this would be impossible in my opinion. If you use an external Sampler this may work because your external sampler software can speak to the second U-Mix. Then the only question left is: Is you computer powerful enough to handle two soundcards and two programmes running? I wish you all the best!!! If you handled it I would be happy if you can write how it works. Thanks and greetings, Steve

I wrote, i want to join the two soundcard whit asio 4 all, and in the mixvibes can i setting up asio4all driver without mixvibes umixx44 soundcard driver. I try this, it works, but this a bit music stop problem was there too - because try with one card first - No external sampler,ne other program, only mixvibes DVS and asio 4 all driver w/ 2 soundcard. My opinion my laptop is powerful for this: Hp compaq nx7400 - intel core 2 duo t 5650 cpu 1.7 ghz , 2.5 gb ddr 2 800mhz ram, 120 gb hdd, ( not sure for here but: intel gma950 graphic card - so bad)

Does this work? Can Mixvibes talk to two different audio interfaces? I have no experience according this.

Now tried an other usb port this soundcard, during 30 minutes this problem came only one time. Now will try with other card, but i think no soudacrd problem After i take this, i make photo's with two soundcard unique But this is so easy, you plug the soundcard's to the computer, you installed the asio drivers and install asio4 all, you can activate soundcard in the program. After you can use asio4all like a soundcard, like a driver.

you can reduce the latency to 256 samples. Open the asio4all panel out of line & set your latency.
