I'm sure this has been asked before but I can't seem to find the answer.
I just bought the Ion Discover DJ and I'm using the Mixvibes software. I have a Mac Mini and using the standard audio out on the Mac Mini to connect to my Home theater system. Is there a way to use USB headphones for pre-cuing with the software? I've used other DJ software where I could use USB headphones for pre-cuing but I haven't figure out if there's a way on the Cross software. I read up on Asio 4all but looks like that is a PC solution only, is there a Mac equivalent or is the only real solution to buy something like the Audio 2 DJ?
As I can remember from my mac mini there is only one line out. This means, that you only have one channel for your outpus so that you can use it for the master OR the cue, unfortunately not both. It is a good way thinking of a new audio interface. The Audio 2 DJ should work as I could read out if this:

EDIT: I just remember my weird best friend and Ableton Live. When he was saving money for an audio interface he ceonfigured it that way, that he used Channel 1 (Mono) for the Master und Channel 2 (Mono) for cueing. This means, that your signales are all mono but the took the recorded waveform, copied and pasted it into a new channel and rendered this as stereo onto his computer. This is not a good solution if you are asking me, but this may work. You have the have the opportunity to choose your channels independently (not CH1/2 but CH1 or CH2).
