Pitch Range Help?!?!

one side's pitch range is stuck at 100% and the other one is stuck at 6%. is there anything that i can do?

would my serial number be on the back of the ion discover DJ turntables? if not how can i find it?

Ah, it should be on the CD sleeve (I believe). You should be able to click on the down arrow next to the pitch number and you can adjust the range that way.

ok well i posted my serial number on my profile. i have tried to adjust my pitch range the way you described, but the left side stays on 100% and the right side stays on 6%.

Hmm... You'll need to redo your serial (in your profile) because I can't see your Cross DJ badge underneath your name. Once you get that all set, download the latest version of Cross DJ and install it.
