I'm using Mixvibes dvspackmk2. My laptop has 4GB of RAM (actually three, because more windows does not see), Intel Core2Duo 2.2 and Windows XP(now Windows 7), so strong statement, but ever have a problem with declining quality. After doing the install wizard 99-100 is approaching, but as soon as I start to move the plate slowly, but surely declining. With moves faster falls in the way of very quickly. I do not know what is the problem. Hardware or software? I have systems Ortofon concorde pro with a new needles, decks Reloop RP 4000 and Numark dm1050 mixer. I use the latest drivers for u46mk2. I installed a demo Mixvibes Cross and there was the exact same problem. Please help, because they play so hard, and soon I have a party.

And in every configuration(i mean first deck on the both side of the softwae, and second deck on the both side of te software) I have the same problem with low quality.

- 2 softwares : DVS & Cross
- 1 soundcard : U46

The issue is always there, do you see any noise or ground on the vinyl/cd windows graph ?


Note :
On very low speed you'll have a drop in timecode quality because not enough data are feeding the software but on release the quality should go higher.

I checked it in 2 systems and softwares, but now I have only 1 system and software after hard disk format and install windows 7. On the graph everythns is good, but often I can heard a noise in the beggining of the vinyl(before song is playing). Often but not everytime. When I heard it and after it I play the vinyl from the begging I don't heard it.

I'm moving the plate normal, but declining of quality is slowly. Exactly not so slowly. And faster then quality returns to 100.

Czyli gdy przestajesz manipulować winylem jakosc powraca do 99-100 ???

Dokładnie tak. Mój angielski nie jest chyba za dobry, więc mogłem być trochę niezrozumiany. Gdy przestaję manipulować i kawałek sobie spokojnie gra sam jakość powoli wraca do 100.

Jak przytrzymam winyl ręką to jakość za chwilę spada w sekundzie do zera, ale to nie wiem czy nie jest normalne.
