So then try to find a dealer that sells different 2 Channel In and 2 Channel Out Audio Interfaces which you can test. Do not buy at once, because another audio interface is not granted solution!

It is written down for WinXP, but there are a lot of changes that also work for Win7:

Remove the SoundBlaster and try to use only the internal soundcard with asio4all to see if things change (not necessary improve).

Hi support,
Yes, I removed the Creative and the latency issue is better, though not perfect. Do you have any specific recommendations to make within ASIO for the best performance?

I hear 'bumps' - is that something to do with the on board sound?
Lastly, if your opinion, would purchasing a 4 way soundcard be the best option?

You can try to use asio4all with the internal soundcard only.
Nowadays integrated HD outputs souncards have 6 channels at least (3 pairs : front / rear / center+sub).

So you could try to use a pair for master and an other pair for headphones.

You won't reach very low latency but this could be enough to have a better taste.
