Here ya go... I also noticed that in Asio, the 6 channel says it is "unavailable" on this computer. On my laptop it was available, and it had the same drivers... Asio4all.jpg

Close your Cross shut all audio program
When you did your install of Asio4all you had the choice to set also a feature Asio4all of line. Open it & try to tune Asio4all to your needs. At the moment you have 1 mono line in set & 1 stereo line out set. I don't think you can use hd output for your phones. With ion discover you don't need inputs & you need two stereo outputs only if you want to set an external audio mixer or use phones.

It just said hd output because my headphones weren't plugged in. The hd audio is built in, and shows up when the 3.5mm jack is not in use. The creative xfi is the one I want for the master...

I just noticed your attachment now. You have the settings right within Cross but there is something kinda weird to me. On the Output two of the Cross Preferences, it says HD Audio SPDIF out. Could you expand the High Definition Audio Device in the ASIO4ALL so I can see your connection options?

It depends on what setting I have in Asio... If I select 6 channel in Asio, I get the option of center, front left/right, sub, HD out (on-board 2 channel sound), and HD out front in Cross. If I select 2 channel in Asio, I get only left/right, or the HD outputs in Cross...

You need to know what physical in/out you will be using. Then in asio4all you switch everything off but not what you intend to use. At the end route them into Cross and that's it.

Thats just it, I want to use it in 5.1 for the master, with support from the native Creave drivers/software. VDJ allows me to do this exactly as I want to... Then I want the HD out for the cue.

So you just need to select the out you need in asio4all. I guess it is the front L/R from the 5.1 card and the audio HD. Also I'm pretty sure the other solution isn't asio...
