Need Controller Help

I have an HP laptop with windows 7.
Installed the software no problem.
Plugged the controller in and it lights up but wont do anything else. It fully worked for a little while the other day.
The software works fine on my computer but the controller just lights up.


I dont know what to do. Help Pleeeease

There is a couple of things you can check here, first make sure the drivers have installed properly. you can do this by visiting the device manager in Windows... Start / (Right click) My Computer / Properties, then select Device Manager from the list on the left side of the system window.

In device Manager make sure there are no explanation marks under "Universal Serial Bus Controllers". if there is then further action depends on the error code given. double clicking the device marked will show the device properties.

Thank you...I did what you said and there are no problems under USB controllers. All are working properly.

Any more suggestions?

I'm having the same problem.
All 8 lights are still lit up and none of them will go off. and it wont do anything in the program.

It hasn't even worked once for me
