Hi,
I'm having some serious issues trying to get MV Producer to run with Windows 7. Before I explain the numerous issues here is my config report:
OK, heres whats happening:
After setting everything up you load a tune and basically the Timecode quality starts dropping to the low 90's/high 80's and then drops further to between 45% -70%.
Obviously by then the sound starts to 'glitch/drop/cut' etc - general uselessness
I have an Intel P4 3GHZ and 3 gigs of ram along with a decent asus mobo etc so no problem there!
I've tried various versions of MV and Maudio have only just managed to release the driver for Windows 7 from the beta to the full version quite recently.
I am trying to work out what is causing my issue, Its either the driver or the MV version?
I know its one of these two factors, I have a dual boot config and I run MV version 7.010 with an older Maudio delta driver under XP SP3 with absolutely no issues what so ever!
I guess with my Dual boot config, its fine for now but would be nice to drop XP as this issue is the only reason I have not ditched XP completely.
If there is absolutely anything else you need to know please ask, or if anyone has had this issue and managed to solve it please let me know! Maybe a clue to the overall instability is when Im checking out other windows whilst mv is running, the sound is clicking and popping like a bowl of rice krispies

I have a decent GFX card too (ATI 800XT Platinum - not the newest card on the block but is running on the most up to date drivers and was £300 a few years back - its still quite capable for basic task like that)
Finally one other really annoying thing on the latest version of Mixvibes under Windows 7 and this is on a par with it not actually working properly in terms of a high frustration factor...
WHY cant you grab a folder full of tunes and drop them in the Mediabase?? This is crazy!!! Only way to get music in is to right click then add music one file at a time or one file at a time using the explorer.....
I really hope you guys can give me some feedback
