mixvibes problem

I was wondering if you could tell me why... every time i use the mixvibes and drop a track in deck 2 it automatically changes it to deck 1 and everything comes through channel 1 on the mixer. I do the install wizard to get both decks working and it still automatically changes it back to deck one. The only way to stop this is to uninstall and re- install the whole programme and i have to do this every time i come to use mixvibes. I am using DVS 7.21 i am using a intel dual core 2.00 GHz 2 gig ram 32 bit operating system which should be sufficient enough which is why i bought the programme. Can you please help me?

thank you

The track go visually to the deck 1 or only the sound go to outputs 1 ?
- try to load with a shortcuts or MIDI command to deck B
- check your audio routing, deck B should be routed to output [02]

I think that your soundcard even if set with 2 pair of outputs only have 1. This is why the software switch back to 1.

- could be a soundcard feeded with not enough electrical power
- a defective soundcard

Please check the settings :

OK, now I see : you don't have asio drivers installed for your soundcard.

I have uninstalled and installed the drivers on many occasions and and that still makes no difference the only way to temporarily fix it is to uninstall the DVS program its self then reinstall ive tried everything i can think of and all failed and doing this proces evertime i want to use it is starting to become highly annoying ima bit of a brick wall with it now .

If its working after reinstalling then should not be faulty.
So i guess fixing your problem should not be too difficult.
Please recheck if your Audio settings are the same when it is not working like the setting are if it is working.
