lots of problems

I wasn't really sure where to post this thread, some of my problems seem like bugs.
I just downloaded the update 2 days ago, i was happy to read that the master tempo would be available in absolute mode. at first the update worked ok but things started to wrong. the install wizard froze while i was calibrating the decks and I had to re-start it. the track selection seems to lack response, I have to scratch the record back and forth a bit before it registers. these are problems i never had with my original DVS 7 (or 7.1)
The worst of all though, whilst playing a set the graphics froze up leaving the audio playing but with the waveforms staying still and the track titles of previous songs still being displayed.
Is 7.21 more graphics intensive?
And another thing, the little wheel graphic has been enlarged slightly (i'm guessing this was so that the newly added timecode position would fit in the middle of it) but it looks really bad, it looked a lot better of 7.1 where it neatly fit in the corner.
I was looking forward to trying out the latest update and was left quite disapointed, i don't think the update should have been released until these glitches were fixed.
So.. here's a few questions, if anyones got any answers they would be greatly appreciated.;
Does the track selection part on side B of the vinyl only work with the media base? could it not be used with the playlist?
When I click the "last played" tab at the top of the media base I only see the last played from the current session. Does Mixvibes not save the times of last played tracks when i save changes to my media base?
Basically what i'm trying to say is i want to create a playlist and then select each track 1 with the track selector on side B of the record.
someone should make a tutorial for the best way to use the media base with some handy tips on the best way to select track without touching the computer.
