Hello djnumix,
I have used/tried all the other DJ software and all for some time Too, before settling on Cross DJ, but I can promise you this forum is a lot more friendly its more like a family, I personally have had no issues waiting on support its been far quicker, the only advantages on them other sites are that they are much more busy, so you may get an answer their and then, although I have had many not answered or that cant be and support is a longer wait.
I personally would say this closer mixvibes family does have its advantages, so I welcome you djnumix, but we have to be patient in many things in our life and the politer approach is normally the best unless deserved, the guys/gals here deserve the chance to prove their worth.
If their is anything you are stuck on regarding getting to know your way around the software send me a pm with the link to your post, as I normally check in once a day at least if not much more, and I will get straight onto helping as soon as I find out you need help
or stick around too help.
Just bare in mind we can all be busy, and time can go quick, especially for us older ones lol, the mixvibes/Cross family are dedicated and do their best. sort out your serial info in your profile and post away, now I know you need help I will look out for you, time difference is another factor to bare in mind.
I will see what I can do regarding some videos, but it wont be just yet, as it can be a tedious chore setting up to recording especially with sound I found in the past, but it would be a good idea to get some videos out not only to help but to show others deciding on new software how effective Cross can be on the fly compared to the approach of other similar software, I personally am just waiting/hoping on a few other areas in Cross to be improved, and then I was going to do some videos on the techniques etc anyhow.
So indeed welcome djnumix shall we start over
