I tried with the Korg software but I'm still getting the same issue.
Things to note:
I found it at the KORG UK support site:
http://www.korguksupport.co.uk/page.cfm ... indows%207 (Win 7)
The software "uninstdrv.exe" can be found as part of the DRIVER download at this site, even though you don't need the driver from KORG you will receive the uninstaller which allows you to remove non-KORG equipment (this is not obvious from the site at first glance and took me some research to get to this point). There are 32bit and 64bit version for XP Vista as well as Win7
Whilst attempting to uninstall Vfx driver, I did notice that the controller had only the MIDDLE few lights lit permanently (Some of the ACTIVE EFFECT and some of the SMART LOOP LENGTH lights).
In the KORG unist... the option I chose was corrupt device (or similar, don't remember exactly)
Uninstalled software, rebooted, re-installed software, NO JOY.
Tried both with-and-without Vfx controller connected, rebooting in between each stage of install/uninstall (as far as possible - can't install Vfx WITHOUT controller attached, so at least my system 'knows' the controller is there...
I really don't know what else to try, apart from the dreaded 'clean' install of Win 7.
Do you have any more help you could give before I take such drastic action?
I have all my work tools (Adobe software) on this machine and I am NOT looking forward to re-installing my entire CS4 suite again too!
Thanks
