The main focus is on the MAC version right now, that's where most of our developpers energy will go in the next few weeks.

Eric our main developper let me know that the MIDI learn implementation was delayed because he had not planned on doing it when he started MixVibes. At this point the product is already pretty advanced and it's going to take a lot of work to rethink the structure of the Software-code so all the features are MIDI compatible.

No dates yet, but the developers know its a priority for our community. I'll let you know when we make significant progress :hello:

On betatest this week version 6.394. A very important bug found (since 6.39) with the quick scratch movements giving a distortion & digital sound result (reverse & forward). Those who loved the sound before 6.39 will get the feel of previous versions back & will get new sensations with the new progress in reducing the sound card latency (less 7ms for example with U46MK2).

Can we expect to see previews in the form of screen shots or beta version for the Mac b4 the new year?

Also, has there been any talk about pricing for those of us that allready own the Pro or DVS package and might possibly own a Mac system as well. How will we be charged for the upgrade(hopefully free... but being a coder myself I understand the value of good coding and compensation... maybe a nominal fee for the new Install Disk and MAC License)?

Screenshots will be available once we hit the beta phase. right now we have an alpha with still a couple of important challenges to work on.

Regarding a switch from PRO 6 to the MAC version, it might take some time too. The first release will be focused on MIDI controller compatibility with basic DJ functionalities, no vinyl control at that point.

When we release a DVS version we will propose an upgarde offer for MixVibes 6 users. The marketing spect and prcing are still TBD.

I'll do my best to keep the us community posted once I get some reliable information :hello:
